Anyone got a clue how this works? I have a bit in my and my kids' accounts but I can't see how you can spend it. I assumed that I could use it to offset next season's season ticket but the new ticketmaster website doesn't appear to mention it.

The new site is just as poorly built and tested as the current one based on my experience this afternoon.

The TO clearly haven't improved or learnt lessons in this regard.

I used mine against this years ST but had to phone up the ticket office to do it

You'll be able to use it for next season's ST after the last game of this season when the balance is transferred to the new TicketMaster system.
